THE COMMON THREAD

Good things happen
when people connect.

My work connects people, practical problem solving, and thoughtful execution. I’ve built customer and partner relationships across Latin America, supported events and marketing programs, coached fitness clients, and brought communities together through music.

A career built
around people.

Five years across Invicti, Bluecore, Datadog, and Oracle NetSuite have given me a foundation in client relationships, partner coordination, and cross-functional problem solving. Bilingual in English and Spanish, I make complex needs clear and help teams move work forward.

Stronger.

Since becoming ACE certified in January 2025, I’ve coached new and experienced gymgoers across age groups through individualized programs, progress updates, and accountability. I adapt workouts to each person’s goals and limitations, helping them build confidence and a practical routine.

I’ve also led group HYROX-style workouts through a partnership with my apartment community and created marketing initiatives to promote my training services.

Find your

Since 2022, I’ve organized 20+ music events for audiences of 100+ on limited budgets, coordinating logistics, curating artist lineups, and performing my own DJ sets.

From social media promotions to gatherings before and after events, I enjoy shaping the whole experience and building a community around shared interests. DJing and exploring music production keep that creative side of me active.

04 / A LITTLE ABOUT MEALWAYS CURIOUS

Different interests.
The same energy.

I’m Diego, a bilingual professional whose experience spans technology, fitness, and music. Across those settings, I enjoy understanding what people need, building trust, and making things happen with others.

I earned my B.S. in Business Administration at the University of Colorado Boulder in 2021. That foundation in business, technology, and creativity still shapes how I work. I stay curious, understand the problem, and follow through.

Good people.
Meaningful work.

After a travel sabbatical, I’m exploring my next opportunity in partnerships, implementation and onboarding, or marketing and events. I’m looking for work where relationships, problem solving, and thoughtful execution make a difference.

Health, wellness, and sustainability are areas I’m especially drawn to. I’m also open to other teams creating a positive impact where my experience can contribute.
